Welcome to OhTalk. These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “the user”) and the provider of the OhTalk mobile application (“we” or “us”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the OhTalk app (“the App”). By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Description of Service

OhTalk is a language-learning tool that helps users improve their listening, reading, and speaking skills through podcast playback, shadowing practice, and AI-powered text explanations. The App does not require user registration and does not store any personal data on external proprietary servers. Functions are powered by on-device APIs, system speech recognition, Apple CloudKit, and secure third-party AI APIs for dictionary and grammar features.

OhTalk Pro Subscriptions

Certain premium features, including AI-powered Word Lookup and Sentence Explanation, are reserved for subscribers of "OhTalk Pro".

• Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to their refund policies.

User Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Violate any laws or public decency standards.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, decompile, or disrupt the App.
• Use automated scripts, malicious software, or any form of automated access to exploit our API services.
• Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Conduct any operation that may compromise App security or user experience.

We reserve the right to restrict access, suspend your usage, or terminate your service without refund in case of violations or API abuse.
